miRview™ meso is different from other tests. miRview™ meso is very accurate because it uses highly sensitive, cutting-edge technology that measures tiny amounts of material in your tumor sample^1,2. The material measured is called microRNA1.
The microRNA measurements tell your doctor whether you have mesothelioma or not¹. These measurements are very accurate². In fact, the sensitivity and specificity of this test have been shown to be 100% and 94%, respectively³.

miRview™ meso requires a small sample of your tumor tissue. In most cases, a new biopsy is not needed. If you have already had a biopsy or surgery, your doctor probably already has the sample he or she needs.
Once your doctor has the sample, he or she will send it to Rosetta Genomics. Your doctor should receive your test results from Rosetta Genomics within 10 business days.
